Panama Luxury Experiences is a private travel concierge service operated by Panama Luxury Experiences S.A., registered in the Republic of Panama. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

What we provide

Panama Luxury Experiences acts as a concierge and travel planning service. We arrange, coordinate and manage experiences, transfers, dining reservations, accommodation and related services on behalf of our clients through our network of trusted operators and partners.
We do not operate transport, accommodation or experiences directly. All bookings are made with third-party suppliers on your behalf.

2. Enquiries and Quotes

Submitting a quote request

Submitting a quote request through this website does not constitute a booking or financial commitment. It is an expression of interest only. A dedicated contact will respond within 24 hours to discuss your requirements.

A confirmed booking is only established when:

• You have received a written proposal from us
• You have confirmed acceptance in writing
• A deposit or full payment has been received where applicable

3. Payments and Pricing

Pricing and deposits

All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Pricing is confirmed at the point of proposal and is subject to availability and supplier rates at the time of booking.

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm most bookings
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival date
• For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of confirmation

Prices quoted on this website are illustrative only and may vary based on group size, timing and availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms vary by supplier and experience type. The following general terms apply:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded minus any non-recoverable supplier costs
• Cancellation 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of total booking value retained
• Cancellation fewer than 14 days before arrival: no refund
• No-shows: no refund

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover. Panama Luxury Experiences accepts no liability for losses arising from cancellations outside our control, including weather, civil unrest, illness or force majeure events.

5. Liability

Our responsibility to you

Panama Luxury Experiences takes all reasonable care in selecting and managing suppliers. However, we act as an agent on your behalf and cannot accept liability for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Injury, loss or damage arising from activities arranged on your behalf
• Delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances outside our control

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

6. Your Responsibilities

What we ask of you

By booking with Panama Luxury Experiences, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You hold valid travel documents and any required visas
• You accept the inherent risks associated with adventure or outdoor activities where applicable
• You will inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements or accessibility needs in advance

7. Privacy and Data

How we handle your information

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of managing your enquiry and booking. Your data is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used beyond the scope of your engagement with us. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Panamanian courts.
